Dominant Faith
Recently, I was at Apostolic Women 2016 in Pensacola, FL at Miracle Faith Center. Dr. Christian Harfouche taught about PERCEIVE, CONCEIVE, and RECEIVE. You must first perceive what God is doing or saying, conceive it in your heart so you have faith, and then receive your miracle BEFORE you see it manifest. That receiving of the miracle guarantees it’s manifestation.
After I returned from the conference, I was speaking to my friend on the phone. We were discussing a fibroid tumor that had been growing for a year. It was the size of a grapefruit. I told her that the first night at Apostolic Women, Dr. Robin Harfouche prayed for women with growths and tumors. We saw VISIBLE miracles of tumors and growths gone. My friend said, “It is shrinking.” I said, “No, that is not NOW FAITH. Now faith says, ‘It is gone.'” Once she shifted her language, I prayed and that night it was barely noticeable where before you could clearly feel it.
And since we have the same spirit of faith, according to what is written, “I believed and therefore I spoke,” we also believe and therefore we speak. 2 Cor. 4:13
How to Have Dominant Faith
The Bible says that Abraham’s faith grew as he gave glory to God (Rom. 4:20). Abraham knew his body and Sarah’s was not only incapable of having children but both were past child bearing age. But that did not cause him to stagger. He was fully convinced that God was able to perform what He promised (Rom. 4:21). Romans 10:9 says that we BELIEVE IN THE HEART and then CONFESS WITH THE MOUTH. Many Christians have it backwards.
Hebrews 11:13-16 lets us know that the saints of old DIED IN FAITH having seen the promises afar off and were assured of them. Why? “For those who say such things declare plainly that they seek a homeland…But now they desire a better, that is heavenly country. Therefore God is not ashamed to be called their God, for He has prepared a city for them.” THESE SAINTS HAD HEAVENLY VISION. I.e. heaven was more real to them than what their physical eyes saw.
A heavenly perspective fuels faith. Through worship, prayer, and speaking in tongues you will constantly set you mind on things above until heaven dominates your faith. When this happens, you will see the impossible circumstances through the eyes of faith and not be persuaded to doubt or not believe.
