An Exceedingly Good Land

This lesson today will show you the danger if your perception is not aligned with God’s about your situation. Go over the story of Israel, and what happened when it came time for them to take the promised land. God promised to be with them and showed them how they would be victorious, and what they would gain. Still, the Israelites could not see themselves as the warriors God said they were. If you don’t believe what the Lord says about you, it’s considered by Him as being unfaithful! The largest battle you must overcome is inside you…fear, doubt, laziness, complacency etc. You must win the battle over self before you can win any battle in your life. We must examine everything we believe in light of the Word. You have to know that God has only good things in store for you and that the challenges you face are mostly internal ones.
