How to Help Others Through Difficult Times
Life is full of ups and downs, and sometimes, those downs can be really tough to handle. Whether it’s a personal crisis, a health issue, or a global pandemic, difficult times can leave us feeling overwhelmed, anxious, and uncertain. But when someone we care about is going through a tough time, it can be even harder to know what to say or do to help.
